Is the self-hosted version really free?

Yes. The core gateway is open source and free to run yourself, with no seat caps. You provide the infrastructure; we don't see your traffic.

What's the difference between self-hosted and cloud?

Same gateway. Self-hosted runs in your network and you operate it. Cloud is managed by us, adds risk scoring, retention, and team governance, and removes the ops burden.

Do you ever see our credentials?

On self-hosted, never: everything stays in your vault, in your network. On cloud, secrets are stored encrypted and swapped in at call time; they're never exposed to agents or model context.

What counts as a protected tool call?

Every time an agent reaches a tool through Clawvisor — sending an email, hitting an API, running code — that's one protected tool call. Your plan's monthly quota covers calls across all your agents.

What happens if I go over my quota?

We'll let you know before you hit the ceiling so calls keep flowing. Upgrade a tier any time, or talk to us about volume pricing on Enterprise.
